		<description>I would like to know why I haven&#039;t received any credit for my electric bills since this rebate action started. I am a disabled person on a fixed income and yet I am overcharged every month for electricity mainly due to estimated bills. I either have to pay them or risk being disconnected. This is totally absurd and outrageous. I intend to due all that I can to redeem some type of refund or rebate.</description>
