MidAmerica Bank Spam Phishing Scam Alert

First they allow a buyout by smarmy National City Bank, and now someone is targeting them for a spam email phishing scam. I got this email 3 times on Friday and luckily my spam filter cought it and I didn’t see it till today and I recognize it as a fake message. Here is the text of the spam message said to be from Mid America Bank in Claredon Hills, IL. They even copied the copyright symbol in there and had the right parent company name. Just to be clear, do not click this email if you get it, it is FAKE and not really from Mid America Bank in the Chicago Area. Please be safe and do not click emails from banks unless you know they are real. (which is near impossible these days) Always go to the site directly and log in there or call them by phone.
